Coordinate was required to generate the name identity and branding for several of the Village Building Company's developments. The successful concepts for these developments included The Fair, Stonebridge, and Parkside.
To strengthen the visual language of the development's branding, Coordinate arranged and project managed a lifestyle photo shoot which could be used on an ongoing basis in print and television advertising and in marketing collateral.
As a full service communication company, Coordinate was able to organise the media planning and buying for Village Building Company, and produced a series of television commercials to advertise the developments.
