Matt established Coordinate in Melbourne with partners Jamie Wilson and Pawl Cubbin after spending more than 10 years working with everyone from local businesses to global brands.
With a passion for helping other people succeed he enjoys spending time listening and working with clients to identify their real business problems and opportunities.
His hands-on approach and experience in surrounding problems with the very best people to work collaboratively with clients has created productive relationships and a great agency culture that delivers the best work for our clients.
As a Group Account Director with Singleton Ogilvy and Mather he worked with American Express, Telstra and KFC before serving as General Manager at one of Australia’s finest art direction based branding firms where he worked with leading fashion retailers Country Road and Calibre.
