Founder/Managing Director
Jamie established Coordinate in 2005 with a vision to create a communication company, which would help other businesses grow. As a bright-eyed 20-year-old, Jamie started Coordinate with big ideas and loads of ambition, and that's never left him.
Jamie studied Public Relations, Management and Journalism at the University of Canberra. Through Coordinate, Jamie has been able to combine his love for retail, business, communication, design and people, into a sustainable business. Jamie specialises in creating strong relationships with clients, listening and learning about their requirements, and bringing the Coordinate team together to develop solutions from a strategic perspective across the suite of communication mediums.
Jamie has provided strategic marketing advice to some of Canberra's largest and most successful brands, including Canberra Milk, NewActon and Canberra Institute of Technology, and leading national organisations such as the Australian Football League, Australian National University, Capitol Chilled Foods Australia, Greater Western Sydney Giants, and the Federal Government's Keys2Drive program.
Since founding Coordinate, Jamie has also become an active social youth leader and supported a number of organisations through in-kind marketing support. Jamie donates around $100,000 a year to volunteer and in-kind work to organisations such as Camp Quality, Lifeline, Red Cross, and also supports local sporting and community organisations such as AFL Canberra, Marist Australian Football Club and Acton Walkways.
Partner/Media Director
Greg "Robbo" Robson, is one of Canberra's most recognised media personalities and is an expert in media planning, buying and production. Greg has been a part of the Canberra media scene for thirty years. Arriving in Canberra in 1979, Greg forged a career that led to multiple broadcasting stints on all four commercial radio stations in Canberra - 2CC, 2CA, FM104.7 & Mix 106.3. From 1985, Greg forged a simultaneous Television career with a seventeen year on-camera presence as a weather presenter, sports presenter/journalist and news anchor.
Greg has developed a formidable reputation as one of Canberra's leading media experts, with his knowledge and experience of media planning, buying, advertising and production being second to none. His skill set lies in understanding the needs of his clients, and finding the right media and communication channels to reach their target audience within the allocated budget.
Greg has strong relationships with all the media agencies, which provide him with target audience rating points, schedules and analytics which allow him to make strategic decisions regarding media purchases. Greg has provided media strategy and media buying services to a variety of local and national companies including Australian Transport Safety Bureau, Village Building Company, Watson Blinds and Awnings, Granite Transformations, Masterton Homes, Knebel Kitchens and Dymocks Bookstores.
Senior Client Manager
Sonia Constantin is our Senior Client and Business Development Manager, and was recruited from a leading creative and branding agency in Brisbane where she assumed the role of Senior Account Manager. Prior to this, Sonia spent several years in Sydney working for leading retailer Swarovski International in customer relations and account management throughout New South Wales and Victoria. She also gained valuable media and entertainment experience at MTV Networks Australia, where she worked in Client Partnerships.
Sonia has strong experience in media, sales and client relations throughout Australia and has worked with a number of leading companies such as Domayne, RACQ, Brisbane North Institute of TAFE, Cloudland and the Katarzyna Group, IGA, Space Furniture and the Emporium and Portside precincts.
As Senior Client Manager of Coordinate, Sonia manages a portfolio of clients, providing strategic advice on communications, branding, campaign development and management and media. Sonia believes strongly in listening and understanding the needs of the client first and foremost. Sonia's people skills, friendly personality, and ability to relate to people are her greatest strengths.
Creative Director
Logan joined the Coordinate team in 2007, after completing a Bachelor of Graphic Deign at the Charles Sturt Univeristy. He has been instrumental in shaping the company over the last four years.
Logan started at Coordinate as a Graphic Designer/Artist and quickly climbed up the ranks, now assuming the role as Creative Director. Logan is responsible for defining the character and quality of the work, and oversees all aspects from concept development to finished art. Logan continually pushes boundaries for our clients, developing strong partnerships through the creative process. Logan enjoys bringing a brand to life across every communication touch point, ensuring the creative execution is consistent and strategically implemented.
Logan's skill exists in creating and directing strong visual language, which is designed to communicate with the intended target audience. As the Creative Director of Coordinate, Logan has helped produce some highly effective work for clients including The Australian Football League, Sydney Dance Company, Canberra Theatre Centre, national retailer City Convenience, The Department of Environment, Supabarn Supermarkets, and Local Liquor.
Digital Manager
As the Digital Manager of Coordinate, Andrew is responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional branded digital solutions. Andrew not only manages a portfolio of clients, but he educates them throughout the development process to ensure they feel comfortable and understand the solution being provided.
Andrew has led some exciting digital and social media projects for notable clients including The House of Representatives, Department of the Senate, Capitol Chilled Foods Australia, Australian Electoral Commission, Greater Western Sydney Giants, Canberra Institute of Technology and Watson Blinds and Awnings.
Andrew completed an Advanced Diploma in 3D Animation for film and an Advanced Diploma in Digital Media at CIT, and then went on to complete a Bachelor of Graphic Design at University of Canberra. This experience taught him the importance of developing strong and functional websites with backend development in mind, while ensuring the aesthetics and user navigation is engaging and intuitive. Andrew ensures all digital projects completed by the Coordinate team are done according to the brief, technical specifications, timeframes and budget.
Studio Manager
Briege is the Studio Manager at Coordinate and is the "glue" within the Coordinate team. Briege is responsible for ensuring each project in the studio runs on time and budget, and the processes around each project are implemented and followed. This ensures all projects are placed accurately in the Studio's workflow and time management system, and the roles are allocated accordingly to the respective staff members.
Briege also ensures each project is quoted accordingly, time is measured against the project for accuracy purposes, the client is communicated with at each interval, and the quality assurance measures are put in place. Briege has also completed a Bachelor of Graphic Design, which gives her a strong understanding of the design process and applications.
Senior Designer
Currently based in our Bangkok office, Mitch joined the Coordinate team through the acquisition of Roar Creative, an established Government Communications Marketing Agency that was located in Manuka for ten years. Mitch has extensive experience spanning art direction, branding, and online communication and project management. Prior to working with Roar and Coordinate, Mitch worked in Sydney for Clemenger Group, where he worked with some of Australia's leading brands.
Mitch has also completed a Bachelor of Communications, Advertising Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma in Design Graphics at the University of Canberra, and studied Media Planning and Buying at the Australian Federation of Advertising AdSchool. Being based in Bangkok, Mitch allows the Coordinate working day to be extended by up to five hours, and communicates with the team through Skype on a daily basis.
Mitch has produced some outstanding design and marketing work for clients such as Teaching Australia, Worksafe ACT, Occupational Health and Safety Commissioner, Chief Ministers Department, Australian Greenhouse Office, and Australian Electoral Commission.
Senior Designer
Danielle has been a part of the Coordinate team from day one, and has significantly helped create and shape the Company's culture. Being Coordinate's first ever employee, Dani has fond memories of building the business from the ground up. After a brief stint in a leading architectural firm in Melbourne, Danielle has come back to pick up where she left off – albeit in our Melbourne office.
Danielle's passionate about branding and typography, but has become particularly good at way-finding, signage, and environmental graphics. She's developed some impressive way-finding including, projects for Chadstone Shopping Centre, the Melbourne GPO, and a host of other retail outlets. Danielle has also produced some exciting print work for Real Estate Institute of Australia, Communities and Indigenous Affairs, National Blood Authority, Keys 2 Drive, Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, Canberra Theatre, Molonglo Group, Kinship Australian and Nova Peris.
Senior Developer
As Web Developer at Coordinate, Christian is across all digital projects that come through the agency. A skilled front end interface designer with exceptional development and programming capabilities, Christian skills extend to HTML, CSS, PHP, mySQL, e-commerce platforms, content management systems including custom and open source, email & SMS marketing, social media, and portable device applications (including iPhone, iPad, Android and Tablet applications).
After completing an Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing at CIT, Christian was employed at a transport marketing company where he worked as a web and print designer for clients including The Ministry of Transport, State Transit, Metrolink Queensland, Deane's Transit Group, Action Buses and other national transport companies. Since starting at Coordinate, Christian has been able to utilise his broad programming skills working on large-scale projects at Coordinate including CIT, GWS GIANTS, AFL Canberra, Toll Group, Australian Hotels Association and the new Coordinate website.
Broadcast Production Manager
Andy was the missing piece to making Coordinate a true full service agency, and heads up Broadcast Production services. After capturing our attention as a freelance Video Producer, Andy brought his skills to the team by offering complete production services for visual blogging, documentaries, show reels, television, government and corporate video, and animation and motion graphics.
Andy has broad experience working with clients in various industries, including television commercials, digital content, creative works, corporate packages, video production, motion graphics and animation, screen strategy, filming, editing and post-production. The extent to which Andy's skill base covers ensures Coordinate can translate its design and strategic applications across all facets of marketing. Andy is also a creative conceptualist and enjoys working closely with our clients to bring exceptional attention and detail to their projects.
Projects Andy has worked on while at Coordinate includes Dymocks Bookstores, Department of Environment, Bell Shakespeare, Watson Blinds and Awnings, NewActon and the ACT Government.
Designer
Sonny came to Coordinate as a graphic designer nearing the end of his Bachelor of Graphic Design degree at the University of Canberra, minoring in Advertising and Marketing. Having studied various types of design styles, Sonny has developed a diverse range of skills including print and digital design, brand development and typesetting.
Sonny has been awareded a Golden Key for design – an international, invitation only academic honour society, which recognises outstanding academic achievements within the top 15% of university students. To complement his passion for the industry, Sonny is actively involved in the design community via Twitter, Australia's Graphic Design Association and the University of Canberra's Graphic Design Club. These involvements promote Sonny's hunger for learning, creative inspiration and developing his craft to become a diverse professional within the Coordinate team and advertising and design industries alike.
Sonny's understanding of design processes coupled with a knowledge of advertising and client relation experience, ensures his work reflects accurately the needs of our clients by utilising strong design expertise, client understanding and market knowledge.
Account Executive
Jess started at Coordinate in early 2011 and offers exceptional strategic marketing and client relations support to the Coordinate team and clients.
With high achievements in a Bachelor of Communication in Advertising and Marketing degree (majoring in Public Relations), Jess also enjoys working with our creative team and being part of the creative process. This helps Jess to be able to deliver successful, creative solutions to her clients' marketing needs as well as build valuable, trustworthy relationships. Part of Jess' role is to plan and administer all social media activity across our client base, where she's always keeping up to date with social media trends and industry based knowledge in order to deliver interesting and relevant material. Jess has had broad exposure to various industries including fashion, health, hospitality and events, entertainment and sport.
Jess' main strengths are her attitude to get anything and everything done for her clients, meet project deadlines and provide outside the square solutions. An innovative thinker and dedicated account executive, Jess is always keen to learn client needs and provide second to none customer service.
