Classic Constructions has brought to life the home aspirations of thousands of people throughout Canberra and Sydney for more than 25 years. 

Coordinate was approached by Classic Constructions to develop a cutting edge marketing strategy which would reflect and leverage their outstanding industry reputation.

Our team created an engaging media platform aptly named Home Vision. 

The result is a series of informative and inspirational magazines and videos featuring creative ideas, industry insights, design trends and inspiring case-studies, released every quarter.  The feature story of each edition of the Home Vision magazine is highlighted in the form of an ‘infotainment’ style video, which is distributed online with a cut down version advertised in prime time television, inviting viewers to watch the full episode on the Classic Constructions website.

The results have been outstanding. The first ad that was launched resulted in a 1000% spike in website activity and a constant flow of sales enquiries and conversions. A subsequent video was also produced based off a viewer watching an episode and engaging Classic Constructions to build their home.

Fast becoming a much sought after resource for people wanting to turn their vision into a reality, Home Vision has also firmly established Classic Constructions as an industry leader, as demonstrated in the growing number of local businesses wanting to purchase advertising space.

Following on from the success of this exciting marketing initiative, a new brand was created that reflected their position as an industry leading construction company.
