Ad Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator to assist our growing media team with the implementation and management of a diverse mix of integrated campaigns. We need someone who is organised with great attention to detail.

Core responsibilities

  • Work closely with the broader media team to assist in executing media campaigns with a focus on digital channels.
  • Work with a suite of media software/platforms to set up and traffic campaigns.
  • Coordinate performance reporting.
  • Perform general administrative duties

Desired experience

Some experience in an ad operations or digital media role is desirable but not essential.


Negotiable based on experience.

Motion Designer + Video Production Coordinator

We’re looking for a Motion Designer + Video Production Coordinator to keep the video and animation arm of our content team running smoothly. We need someone who is organised, understands animation and cinematography, and who can bring their own strengths to a talented team.

Core responsibilities

    • Motion graphics and/or editing support.
    • Schedule and plan shoots, including sourcing locations, hiring freelancers, supporting staff on film days, and serving as the main point of contact and coordination for film events.
    • Work closely with Coordinate’s Creative Directors, Strategists, Motion Designers, Graphic Designers and Editors to deliver high-quality video products to deadline.
    • Assist with quoting and building timelines for new projects.
    • Liaise with clients to help brief in new work, manage existing projects and manage all approvals for video materials.

Desired experience

    • An understanding of the pipeline of pre-production, production and post-production.
    • Experience working with freelancers.
    • Basic motion graphics and/or editing skills.
    • Experience in Adobe (After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop).
    • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and communicate clearly.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.
    • BONUS: Understanding the Visual FX pipeline, such as keying, tracking, compositing, and rendering.


$60K plus super and lots of other nice things.
