Zango is the result of Canberra’s real estate industry coming together to shake up the property listing market with a locally owned and run platform.
Coordinate was approached by Zango as a genuine marketing partner as they prepared to challenge the heavyweights in All Homes and Realestate.com.au.
Along with our partners from Swell Design Group who developed the identity, Coordinate worked on brand positioning, creative campaign development, storytelling, media strategy and placement.
We partnered with The RiotAct, Her Canberra, FM 104.7 AND fm 106.3 to deliver one of Canberra’s biggest marketing campaigns. From the huge Zango purple and yellow van that gave out free Goodberry’s and the chance to win $20,000 at open homes and big events, to a series of agent communications to get agents pumped, we set about putting Zango on the very top of peoples’ minds.
The result? Zango was seen everywhere: on 300 adshels, 86 buses and on billboards, TV, retail and electronic screens throughout the city and region, making it a household name within just four weeks of launching.
Within 2 weeks of going live, zango.com.au received a whopping 80,062 unique visitors, 879,323 page views and an average time on site of 3.48 minutes.
More than 87% of all Canberra and regional real estate agencies have signed up to Zango, with the new website massively disrupting the status quo with a long awaited and much needed better option for buying, selling and renting homes.
